Grezy Software takes the confidentiality and protection of its users' personal data very seriously. This policy aims to explain how we collect, use, and protect the personal data you provide to us in the context of your use of the Twister Spread platform.

1. Collection of Personal Data

We collect the following data when you register or use our services:

  • We collect certain personal data, such as first name, last name, and email. This information is used for the proper functioning and tracking of the application.
  • We also gather information related to athletes' performances or coaches' services. This data is used for analyses to provide performance tracking, statistics, or qualitative analyses.
  • We offer a paid section in our application, which is handled by Stripe, regardless of the payment type made on Twister Spread. Certain information may be collected for accounting or payment tracking purposes. 2. Use of Data

The collected data is used for the following purposes:

  • The data is used to provide, manage, improve, and personalize the various services offered by the Twister Spread platform, as well as future services that may be introduced.
  • The collected email addresses (via accounts or messages left on the platform) may be used by Grezy Software or its partners to contact the user directly.
  • All payment data on the Twister Spread platform is processed solely through Stripe. Only financial information for accounting purposes is retained by us.

Users can access the public results of each athlete, the corresponding analyses, and the data they have chosen to make public.

3. Data Retention

All data provided directly by the user is retained as long as the user's account exists. If you no longer wish for this data to be on the Twister Spread platform, you can delete your account (via the settings page). Once your account is deleted, all the information you have provided will be erased. Financial data, provided by Stripe, is retained for a period of 10 years.

4. Data Security

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against any unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

5. User Rights

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:

  • Right of access: You can request a copy of your personal data.
  • Right of rectification: You can correct or update your personal information.
  • Right to erasure: You can request the deletion of your data in certain cases.

We use cookies for the proper functioning and tracking of the platform. The user can, if they wish, disable the trackers used by us for platform tracking.

Some of your data may be transferred abroad, notably via our service providers Stripe, Supabase, and AWS, which are located in countries that have implemented appropriate data protection safeguards.
